How to Register as a vendor on IREPS

To participate in the e-tenders published by different Zonal Railways, Production Units, Railway Board, CORE, DMRC, MRVCL, and more, vendors need to be registered on IREPS (Indian Railways E-Procurement System). There is no Registration Fee for vendors to register with IREPS. To get started with IREPS, you'll need a Digital Signature certificate. Make sure you have this ready, as it's a crucial component of the registration process.

Here are the steps to register with IREPS (Indian Railway E-Procurement System)

• Access IREPS Website: Open your web browser and type "www.ireps.gov.in" into the address bar to visit the official IREPS website.

• Navigate to Vendor/Contractor Registration: On the IREPS homepage, locate and click on the "New Vendors/Contractors (E-Tender)" link in the left navigation menu.

• Click the button to choose your Digital Signature Certificate from the e-token.

• Select your firm's Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and click the "Select" button. This action will open the registration form. In the "Type of tenders in which you are interested" field, opt for "Stores/Supply Tenders." Keep in mind that selecting any other option, such as "Works Tenders," in this field will prevent you from participating in stores/supply tenders.
  
• To complete the registration form, provide the necessary details for your company/organization, addresses, and contact person information. Some details, such as the Company/Organization name and email address, will be automatically populated by retrieving information from your Digital Signature Certificate. Please note that you cannot edit the company name, but you can make changes to the email address and addresses if needed.
  
  
  
  

• Once you have filled out the entire form, click on the "Sign and Submit" button to send your registration request.

• Furthermore, you have the option to suggest linking your firm with other registered offices or units by choosing one and submitting from the list of available firm's offices or units displayed.
  

• Upon successful submission of the form, you will receive a vendor registration request ID. Please remember to reference this ID when communicating with the IREPS help desk in case your request remains unapproved after three working days.
  

• Once IREPS approves your request, you will receive a confirmation email from them. This email will contain your password, and your user ID will be your email address.

• In case the details you submitted are deemed inappropriate, IREPS will reject your application. You will be notified of the rejection via email, along with the reason for the rejection.
